Ioana Murareci

Trainee as a shipping clerk in Hamburg

I started my apprenticeship as a shipping clerk in February 2022, so I'm still a very new member of the Menzell Döhle family. So far, I have only been able to get to know a few departments, but I am already excited to learn more about the other areas of the group in the future. All of the people in my team have been very kind and patient.

In my training I appreciate the variety of tasks and the opportunity to learn everything about my profession that I will, which I'm going to need later in order to become an accomplished shipping clerk. Every day we trainees get the opportunity to evolve — whether in the individual specialist departments, in internal trainee classes or in external internships.

Our trainee team is characterised by its willingness to learn, we are helpful, we are happy to support our colleagues and have fun working in a team.

I am looking forward to the rest of my training time and I am excited to see which the other departments I will get to know!
